1 tablespoons oil
1 onion, chopped
1 red pepper, diced
1 tablespoons Paprika
100 gram (4 ounce) chorizo, sliced
400 gram tin chopped tomatoes
200 gram (7 ounce) pasta, cooked and drained
Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season
Heat the oil, fry the onion and pepper for 6-7 minutes until softened. Add the Paprika and cook for a further minute.
Stir in the chorizo and chopped tomatoes, simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Stir in the cooked pasta, season to taste and serve.
