A quick and simple Guacamole spiced with Mild Chilli Powder.
Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
2 teaspoon Mild Chilli Powder
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons red onion, very finely diced
Ground Black Pepper , to season
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cut the avocados in half and remove the stones. Scoop the flesh out into a small bowl and use a fork to mash the avocado into a rough paste.
- 2 Add Mild Chilli Powder and lime juice, then mix well before stirring in the onion. Season with Salt and Pepper adding more lime juice if needed.
- 3 Serve with tortilla chips.
