Coconut Cinnamon Squares
- 200g (7oz) tin sweetened condensed milk
- 225g (8oz) icing sugar
- 175g (6oz) desiccated coconut
- 2 tsp Schwartz Cinnamon Ground
STEP 1Place condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Sieve icing sugar and stir into the milk. Add coconut and mix well.
STEP 2Divide paste into two halves. Press one half into a small baking tin lined with greaseproof paper and greased well with butter.
STEP 3Add Cinnamon to remaining mixture and knead until thoroughly combined. Press on top of the unspiced layer.
STEP 4Place in refrigerator to set completely before cutting into squares and placing in sweet cases.
