Shish Kebab
Ingredients
  • 450 gram rump steak, (thick cut), diced into 2cm cubes

  • 1 tablespoons Paprika

  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin 37g

  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt Adjustable Grinder Mill

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon Flat Leaf Parsley

  • For the salad:
  • 1 red onion, cut into 6th's petals

  • 1 red pepper, cut into 2cm squares

  • 1 yellow pepper, cut into 2cm squares

  • To serve:
  • 50 grams pomegranate seeds

  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

  • 200 grams Greek yoghurt

  • 200 grams green salad leaves of choice

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • Metal kebab skewers x 4
