Chilli Beef Burgers

Tasty beef burgers flavoured with a squeeze of Easy Chilli and a generous sprinkling of Herbes de Provence. Ideal for the grill or barbecue.
STEP 1: Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onion, fry gently for five minutes until softened. Tip the onions into a bowl and add the beef mince, Easy Chilli, tomato purée and Herbes de Provence. Season and bring the mixture together.
STEP 2: Divide the mixture into four patties and shape them. Leave to chill until ready to cook. Brush with a little oil and cook on the barbecue or under the grill for 15 minutes, turning half-way through. Ensure the burger is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.
STEP 3: Halve the burger buns and lay a lettuce leaf over one half. Top with a burger and two slices of tomato. Serve with a mixed salad.
