A spicy recipe mix with chilli powder, ground cumin and cocoa powder for a delicious chilli con carne.
Brown mince in a sauté pan for 4-5 minutes. Drain excess liquid.
Add sachet contents, tomatoes, kidney beans and water. Bring to the boil, stirring.
Cover and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with rice and garlic bread.
