Prawn Pasta with Crème Fraiche

This quick pasta dish, with prawns and cherry tomatoes, tastes rich and creamy using half-fat crème fraîche.

  • Heat the oil and fry the tomatoes gently for 5-6 minutes, until softened.

  • Stir in the cooked pasta and heat through.

  • Add the Perfect Shake Garlic Italian Special Blend and cook for 30 seconds to release the aromatic flavours. Stir in the crème fraîche and prawns, and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

  • Toss through the rocket leaves and serve immediately.
