  • Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water until tender.

  • Meanwhile, heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion until softened. Add the wine and bring to the boil. Stir in the cream, Garlic Pepper, salt, prawns and avocado. Heat through gently.

  • Drain the cooked pasta, add to the pan and stir gently until evenly coated with the sauce.
