Tagliatelle with Prawns and Avocado
Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water until tender.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion until softened. Add the wine and bring to the boil. Stir in the cream, Garlic Pepper, salt, prawns and avocado. Heat through gently.
Drain the cooked pasta, add to the pan and stir gently until evenly coated with the sauce.
