This quick pasta dish, with prawns and cherry tomatoes, tastes rich and creamy using half-fat crème fraîche.
Heat the oil and fry the tomatoes gently for 5-6 minutes, until softened.
Stir in the cooked pasta and heat through.
Add the Perfect Shake Garlic Italian Special Blend and cook for 30 seconds to release the aromatic flavours. Stir in the crème fraîche and prawns, and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Toss through the rocket leaves and serve immediately.
