Spaghetti Carbonara is really simple to make using this delicious sauce mix including cream and herbs. Simply mix with milk, add fried bacon and mushrooms, and stir through spaghetti for a really quick and tasty dinner for all the family to enjoy.
- 225 g (8 oz) bacon, chopped
- 50 g (2 oz) mushrooms, sliced
- 1 sachet Schwartz Spaghetti Carbonara
- 450 ml (¾ pint) milk
- 275 g (10 oz) spaghetti, cooked and drained
STEP 1: Fry the bacon until crispy. Add the mushrooms and fry for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 2: Blend the packet contents into the milk. Add the bacon and mushrooms and bring to the boil, stirring.
STEP 3: Add the spaghetti to the sauce and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Delicious served with a mixed green salad.
