  • 225 gram (8 ounce) spaghetti

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 225 gram (8 ounce) back bacon, chopped

  • 175 gram (6 ounce) mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 teaspoon Oregano

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) peas, defrosted if frozen

  • 1 tablespoons white wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon English mustard

  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 3 tablespoons double cream

Instructions

  • 1 Cook the spaghetti in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain.
  • 2 Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry bacon until crispy. Add mushrooms and Oregano and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • 3 Add the remaining ingredients, stir into the spaghetti and heat through. Season to taste.
