A mild coconut rice flavoured with Bay Leaves and Caraway Seed.

  • Rinse the rice thoroughly in cold running water. Place in a large pan of boiling water with the Salt, Caraway Seeds, Bay Leaf and creamed coconut.

  • Cook, uncovered, for 12-14 minutes or until the rice is tender.

  • Drain and rinse in a sieve with boiling water before serving. A mild accompaniment to Asian dishes.

  • Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with chilli.
