Yoghurt & Apple Raita

300 millilitre (1/2 pint) natural yoghurt

pinch Cayenne Chilli Pepper

1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin

1/4 teaspoon salt

Few drops of lemon juice

1 green apple

Instructions
- 1 Place the yoghurt in a small bowl and stir in the Cayenne Pepper, Cumin, salt and lemon juice. Chill for 30 minutes.
- 2 Just before serving, core the apple, cut into small cubes and stir into the yoghurt mixture.
