Sweet & Savoury Salad with Cinnamon Vinaigrette

1 mixed salad leaves

2 oranges, peeled and segmented

325 gram (11 ounce) strawberries, halved

50 gram (2 ounce) pecan nuts, toasted

Cinnamon Vinaigrette:

5 tablespoons olive oil

5 tablespoons orange juice

1 tablespoons sugar
-
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Ground

1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season

Instructions
- 1 For the Vinaigrette, whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
- 2 Just before serving, toss the salad leaves, orange segments, strawberries and pecans together in a large bowl (or divide among individual serving plates). Drizzle with the Cinnamon Vinaigrette and toss lightly to serve. Season to taste.
