Smoked Salmon Canape Rolls

Flour tortillas wrapped with cream cheese, smoked salmon and infused with dill and chives.

  • Mix together the cream cheese, lemon juice, Dill, Chives and Black Pepper to form an even consistency.

  • Thinly spread the mix evenly onto entire surface of flour tortillas, cover the tortillas with smoked salmon then lightly spread more cheese over the top.

  • Roll tortillas tightly like a Swiss roll, wrap them tightly in cling film and refrigerate.

  • When ready to serve, slice the rolls in a straight followed by a diagonal fashion across the length to form these attractive canapés.
