Thyme Coated Salmon

  • Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.

  • Coat the salmon fillets with the Paprika, Thyme and sugar.

  • Place on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

  • Delicious served with roasted vegetables and lemon wedges.
