Turkey Stir Fry
Melt the butter over a low heat in a large frying pan or wok. Drain pineapple pieces and reserve juice. Add pineapple pieces, bean shoots, peppers, mushrooms, celery and turkey to the frying pan. Fry very quickly, stirring, for just long enough to heat the turkey.
Blend cornflour with the pineapple juice, soy sauce, clear honey, Ginger, Garlic Granules and Black Pepper. Pour over the frying pan mixture and bring to the boil, stirring. Add salt to taste.
Serve immediately while the vegetables are still crisp and crunchy, garnished with toasted flaked almonds.
