Thai Turkey Stir Fry with Fragrant Rice
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • 350 gram (12 ounce) turkey breast, cut into strips

  • 2 sticks celery, cut into matchsticks

  • 3 teaspoon Thai 7 Spice

  • 450 millilitre (¾ pint) chicken stock

  • 1 tablespoons Coriander Leaf

  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced

  • 175 gram (6 ounce) red cabbage, finely shredded

  • 1 teaspoon cornflour

  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoons honey

  • lemon

  • Fragrant Rice:

  • 175 gram (6 ounce) long grain rice

  • 1/4 teaspoon Thai 7 Spice

  • 2 Cardamom Pods , lightly crushed

Instructions

  • 1 Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the turkey for 2-3 minutes. Add the vegetables and Perfect Shake Thai 7 Spice Special Blend and stir fry for a further 2-3 minutes. Blend the cornflour with the soy sauce, honey and lemon juice and add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring and cook for 1 minute.
  • 2 Meanwhile, place all the fragrant rice ingredients in a pan. Bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
