  • Fry the onions gently for 2-3 minutes, add the mince and cook until browned. Drain off any excess fat.

  • Sprinkle in the Perfect Shake Garlic Italian and cook for 30 seconds. Then add the tomatoes, water and tomato purée. Bring to the boil.

  • Pre-heat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.

  • Place alternate layers of the beef mixture, pasta and white sacue in an ovenproof dish, finishing with a layer of the white sauce. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
