A quick and simple Guacamole spiced with Mild Chilli Powder.

  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the stones. Scoop the flesh out into a small bowl and use a fork to mash the avocado into a rough paste.

  • Add Mild Chilli Powder and lime juice, then mix well before stirring in the onion. Season with Salt and Pepper adding more lime juice if needed.

  • Serve with tortilla chips.
