Zingy Old Bay Lemon and Herb buttered corn with crumbled feta
This corn on the cob is dressed to impress with an OLD BAY® Lemon and Herb butter sauce and a coating of Feta cheese – the perfect balance of tangy, bright, and herby flavours.
- 1 Mix your softened butter with the Old Bay Lemon and Herb seasoning and rub all over your corn.
- 2 Place in a preheated frying pan on a medium/high heat, fry- turning every couple of minutes for 5 minutes.
- 3 Then turn the heat up to max if you want more char and colour- beware the butter does spit! Remove from the heat and onto a plate with the mayo, roll so the mayo lightly coats it, then put onto your serving plate or bowl, top with crumbled feta and torn fresh coriander if you have it. Enjoy!
