Classic Tacos Seasoning
Heat Level: Medium
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Also great: Rubbed onto steak or chicken brushed with a little oil before grilling. Slice, then serve in warm tortillas with assorted toppings.
1. Heat oil and fry the beef until browned, drain any excess liquid.
2. Sprinkle over the seasoning, then add water and the tomato purée, cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve in warm tortillas with shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream and lime.
