Chef Tip
Also great: Combined with a little orange or lime juice and oil and used to marinate chicken or fish. Alternatively rub directly onto meat, fish or vegetables before grilling.

1. Pre-heat oven to 150°C, 300°F, Gas Mark 2.
2. Rub the pork all over with the seasoning.
3. Place into a casserole dish with the orange juice.
4. Cover and cook for 3-4 hours, until meat is tender then shred with 2 forks.
5. Serve in warm tortillas with salsa and a squeeze of lime.
