A sauce mix for burgers with tomatoes, smoked paprika and garlic
You will need …
1 sachet Schwartz Grill Mates Smokey BBQ Burger Mix
450g (1lb) beef mince
1. In a large bowl, combine mince with sachet contents and form into 4 equal-sized burgers.
2. BBQ or grill burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
3. Serve in a bun with a mixed salad.
Water, Tomato Puree (8%), Sugar, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Onion, Smoked Paprika (2%), Garlic, Worcestershire Sauce (Barley Malt Vinegar, Molasses, Water, Salt, Onion Powder, Tamarind, Chilli, Cloves, Garlic, Lemon Juice Concentrate), Flavouring, Modified Starch, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Potato Fibre, Wheat Fibre, Smoke Flavouring, Acid (Lactic Acid), Carmelised Sugar Syrup (Caramelised Sugar, Caramelised Glucose Syrup, Water).
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
Combine the sachet contents with 450g minced lamb. Form into kofta shapes around wooden skewers, then cook under a pre-heated grill, turning occasionally for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve in pitta with raita and cucumber salsa."
