Chilli and Garlic Chicken Wrap

Serves 4
Delicious chicken strips seasoned with a blend of garlic & chilli then pan fried and served in flour tortillas with salad.
  • 450 gram (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced

  • 2 tablespoon Chicken Seasoning - Chilli and Garlic

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 peppadew roasted red pepper, sliced

  • 100 gram (4 ounce) multi coloured cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • 50 gram (2 ounce) spinach

  • 4 large wheat tortillas

  • soured cream (optional)

Cooking tip
  1. Why not try replacing the chicken with sliced steak


  • 1 Place the chicken in a large bowl, add the Chicken Seasoning and stir to cover the chicken thoroughly.
  • 2 Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan and fry the chicken for 7-8 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  • 3 Heat the tortillas in a microwave, or warm in an oven until they have softened. Divide the chicken and the salad between each tortilla and roll up.
  • 4 Cut in half and serve.
