Delicious fish cakes combining mashed potatoes, tuna and Garlic Seasoning. Great served as a starter with a dipping sauce or as a main meal with vegetables or salad.
  • 225 gram (8 ounce) mashed potato

  • 400 gram (14 ounce) tin tuna, thoroughly drained

  • 4 tablespoons Garlic Italian Seasoning

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • 1 tablespoons oil

  • sweet chilli dipping sauce to serve

  • 1 Mix the mashed potato, tuna, Garlic Italian Seasoning and egg yolk together. Divide the mixture into 8 and shape into patties.
  • 2 Fry the fish cakes for 5-6 minutes on both sides and drain on kitchen paper.
