Delicious fish cakes combining mashed potatoes, tuna and Garlic Seasoning. Great served as a starter with a dipping sauce or as a main meal with vegetables or salad.
Mix the mashed potato, tuna, Garlic Italian Seasoning and egg yolk together. Divide the mixture into 8 and shape into patties.
Fry the fish cakes for 5-6 minutes on both sides and drain on kitchen paper.
