Enjoy a tasty start to the day with this delicious muesli, combining oats with almonds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, sultanas and dried apricots, lightly spiced with a hint of Cinnamon.
Pre-heat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.
Place the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds and Cinnamon on a large baking tray and toast in the oven for 10 minutes, shaking the tray half-way through. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Toss the cranberries, sultanas and apricots into the toasted oat mixture.
Serve with skimmed milk.
