Cinnamon Spiced Muesli

350 gram (12 ounce) porridge oats

75 gram (3 ounce) flaked almonds

50 gram (2 ounce) sunflower seeds

1 teaspoon Cinnamon Ground

75 gram (3 ounce) dried cranberries

75 gram (3 ounce) sultanas

75 gram (3 ounce) dried apricots, diced

Instructions
- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.
- 2 Place the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds and Cinnamon on a large baking tray and toast in the oven for 10 minutes, shaking the tray half-way through. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- 3 Toss the cranberries, sultanas and apricots into the toasted oat mixture.
- 4 Serve with skimmed milk.
