Zest of ¼ orange, cut into thick strips

4 teaspoon Chilli Flakes

2 teaspoon Sesame Seed

1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds

¼ teaspoon Ground White Pepper

½ sheet nori (dried seaweed)

Instructions
- 1 Pre-heat oven to 140°C, 275°F, Gas Mark 1. Place orange zest onto a non-stick baking tray lined with greaseproof parchment paper. Heat through in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until dried out, then finely chop.
- 2 Process nori in mini food processor, until fine flakes form. Mix nori, orange zest and remaining spices until well blended.
- 3 Store in tightly covered jar in a cool dry place until ready to use.
