1 sachet Schwartz Roast Turkey Gravy Mix
300ml (½ pint) water
Mix sachet contents with water. Bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, until gravy has thickened.
Microwave ovens vary. The following is a guide only.
Empty sachet contents into a large microwaveable bowl or jug. Mix in water. Heat on full power for 4 minutes, stirring every minute until thickened. Stir well and ensure piping hot before serving.
Hints & Tips
Try replacing some of the water with roast turkey juices to give the gravy extra richness.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
