Cajun Steak Salad (@jemmaloi)
A warming spiced steak with a wintery salad.
- 1 Pre heat oven to 200 degrees. Season your tomahawk with the oil, cajun seasoning and garlic pepper. Heat a pan until red hot and sear for a couple of minutes on each side. Transfer straight to the oven and cook for 5 minutes per 100g.
- 2 Cut and prepare your hasselback potatoes, rub with oil, garlic and salt. Place on a baking tray, sprinkle with rosemary and roast for 45-50 minutes.
- 3 When your meat is cooked, leave to rest for 5 minutes, slice and then serve with fresh salad and your hassleback potatoes.
