275 millilitres (9 fluid ounce) cold whole milk buttermilk

7 grams (1/4 ounce) coriander leaves

7 grams (1/4 ounce) mint leaves

75 grams (3 ounces) cucumber, peeled

1 tablespoon jalapeno, chopped

1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin

1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger

Instructions
- 1 Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and purée until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Serve immediately dividing among individual serving glasses.
