75 centiliter bottle red wine

600 millilitre (1 pint) medium sweet cider

3 tablespoons honey

2 sachets Mulled Wine Spices

2 tablespoons dark rum

Apple and orange slices for garnish

Instructions
- 1 Place wine, cider, honey, Juniper Berries and Mulled Wine Spice sachets in a saucepan. Heat gently to just below boiling point for about 10 minutes.
- 2 Add the rum and adjust the sweetness to taste by adding a little more honey if required.
- 3 Strain the punch through a sieve, discarding the spices. Add slices of fruit for garnish and serve warm in warmed glasses.
