Cod Baked with Fennel Seeds
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
Place the cod steaks on four individual pieces of foil, large enough to make parcels. Sprinkle with wine, Fennel Seeds, celery and dot with butter. Top with slices of lemon. Seal each parcel and bake for 20-30 minutes.
