1 packet Fish Pie Sauce Mix

235 gram (11 ounce) mixed fish pack (salmon, smoked haddock, cod and prawns)

375 gram (13 ounce) mashed potato

- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 200?C, 400?F, Gas Mark 6.
- 2 Place mixed fish in an ovenproof dish, pour over sauce and top with mashed potato.
- 3 Cook for 40-45 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and potato is golden.
- 4 Serve immediately with green vegetables.
