For OUR RECIPE you will need …
1 pack Schwartz Fish Pie Sauce
325g (11oz) mixed fish pack (salmon, smoked haddock, cod and prawns)
375g (13oz) mashed potato
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200˚C, 400˚F, Gas Mark 6.
2. Place mixed fish in an ovenproof dish, pour over sauce and top with mashed potato.
3. Cook for 40-45 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and potato is golden.
4. Serve immediately with green vegetables.
Hints & Tips …
For a delicious golden crunchy topping add Cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs before baking.Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, use immediately. Not suitable for freezing.
