Succulent cod fillets simmered in a delicious creamy sauce flavoured with aromatic Parsley and Chives, and topped with mashed potato before grilling for a quick and easy fish pie.
Mix the Schwartz Parsley & Chive Sauce Mix with the milk in a large saucepan. Add the cod fillets and bring to the boil, stirring, for 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Add the butter, prawns and peas and simmer for 5 minutes.
Transfer to a heatproof dish and top with the mashed potato. Place under a pre-heated grill until golden.
