Shake pouch gently. Tear off top of pouch and heat on full power for 3 minutes. Stir, leave to stand for 1 minute and ensure piping hot before serving.

For a delicious salmon and pasta dish, cook 200g (7oz) pasta and 100g (4oz) broccoli, whilst frying 350g (12oz) cubed salmon in a little oil. Stir the salmon and sauce into the pasta and broccoli, and warm through.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, use immediately. Not suitable for freezing.
