Shake pouch gently. Tear off top of pouch and heat on full power for 3 minutes. Stir, leave to stand for 1 minute and ensure piping hot before serving.

For a delicious pasta dish, fry 350g (12oz) cubed salmon in 1 tsp oil for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Add 200g (7oz) sliced leeks and fry for 2 minutes, until softened. Stir in the sauce. Meanwhile, cook 200g (7oz) pasta in boiling water, and drain. Add the pasta to the salmon and heat through. Transfer to a heatproof dish and top with 75g (3oz) grated cheese. Cook under a pre-heated medium grill, until golden.Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, use immediately. Not suitable for freezing.
