2 tablespoons spring onions, finely chopped

1 teaspoon lemon juice
200 gram (7 ounce) cooked prawns, defrosted if frozen
I gem lettuce, shredded
Cayenne Chilli Pepper

Mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, spring onions, Celery Salt and lemon juice. Stir in the cooked prawns.
Arrange the gem lettuce leaves in individual glass bowls and pour over the prawn mixture. Sprinkle with Paprika.
