Chargrilled Duck with Tagliatelle is a delicious dish for two. Just right to serve your Valentine.
Ingredients
2 duck breasts, skin on
4 teaspoon Chargrilled Chicken Seasoning
For the Tagliatelle:
175 gram (6 ounce) tagliatelle
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Chargrilled Chicken Seasoning
75 gram (3 ounce) spinach, roughly torn
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
- 2 Prick the duck breasts all over the skin with a fork. Sprinkle the 4 tsp of Chargrilled Chicken Seasoning evenly over both sides of the duck breasts. Place the breasts skin side up on a rack over a roasting tin and bake for 30-35 minutes until the juices run clear or according to taste. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before carving.
- 3 Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle according to the pack instructions. Drain. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add the remaining 1 tsp of Chargrilled Chicken Seasoning, spinach and tagliatelle. Toss until evenly coated. Slice the duck and serve on a bed of tagliatelle and spinach.
