Turmeric and Crushed Chilli Pasta

200 grams uncooked pasta
50 grams green peas
50 grams butter
3-4 cloves garlic
50 grams vegetarian hard cheese
1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
2 teaspoons Chilli Flakes , (adjust to spice level)
Chopped Parsley
Salt to taste
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook your pasta of choice according to packet instructions
- 2 Meanwhile, heat butter in a pan. Add minced garlic, and sauté. Add peas before the garlic has a chance to brown. Grate in hard cheese, turmeric, chilli flakes and salt. Stir and add pasta water.
- 3 Stir through the cooked pasta. Top with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
