Turmeric and Crushed Chilli Pasta

Ingredients
  • 200 grams uncooked pasta

  • 50 grams green peas

  • 50 grams butter

  • 3-4 cloves garlic

  • 50 grams vegetarian hard cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 2 teaspoons Chilli Flakes , (adjust to spice level)

  • Chopped Parsley

  • Salt to taste

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Cook your pasta of choice according to packet instructions
  • 2 Meanwhile, heat butter in a pan. Add minced garlic, and sauté. Add peas before the garlic has a chance to brown. Grate in hard cheese, turmeric, chilli flakes and salt. Stir and add pasta water.
  • 3 Stir through the cooked pasta. Top with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
