Instructions

  • 1 Place the broccoli, spring onion, eggs, Schwartz Garlic Granules, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix to combine. Add the flour and mix to create a batter.
  • 2 Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Place large tablespoons of the mixture into the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on a medium heat. Flip the fritters over and cook for a further 3-4 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
  • 3 For the garlic yoghurt dip, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  • 4 Serve the fritters with a dollop of garlic yoghurt dip.
