Herby Roasted Vegetables
Freshly roasted Mediterranean vegetables seasoned with Mixed Herbs.
- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7.
- 2 Place the vegetables in a roasting tin. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat all the vegetables. Spread the vegetables out across the tin.
- 3 Roast for 30-40 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with Mixed Herbs and serve.
