    Made beef quesadillas with this stuff. Top notch. 500g Ground Beef (12% fat), 1 onion diced, 2 cloves minced, 1 beef stock cube, 300g of cheese (I use cheddar mozzarella mix) . Fry off the onion and garlic until the onion is soft, add beef to brown. Sprinkle over the mexican seasoning and crumble in the beef stock cube. Once beef is cooked set aside. Then in a large dry pan over medium heat place a tortilla wrap, put beef and cheese over half and fold. Flip once the cheese has melted and wrap has crisped. I like to keep them warm on a pizza stone in the oven at 180°C until they're all done
