Crisp focaccia bread, topped with basil, tomatoes and mozzarella.

1 part baked foccacia loaf, cut in half lengthways
2 tablespoons red pesto sauce
200 gram (7 ounce) mozzarella cheese
225 gram (8 ounce) cherry tomatoes, halved
3 tablespoons Dried Basil
2 tablespoons olive oil
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4. Place the foccacia bread on a baking sheet and spread with the pesto sauce.
- 2 Top with the remaining ingredients and drizzle with oil. bake for 15 minutes and serve.
