  • Heat oil and brown mince for 4-5 minutes. Add the onions, green pepper, garlic, chilli powder, cumin and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  • Add the remaining ingredients (except the rice). Bring the sauce to the boil, then lower the heat, cover and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the packet instructions.

  • Season the chilli with Ground Black pepper to taste. Serve with boiled rice.
