COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Fry the minced beef with the onion in a non-stick sauté pan, until it begins to brown for 5-8 minutes.
  • 2 Add the Coriander Leaf, Paprika, Garlic, Chilli, Cumin, Coriander Ground and Cinnamon and stir thoroughly.
  • 3 Add the chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, red wine, tomato purée, stock cube and water.
  • 4 Bring to the boil then simmer gently for 20 minutes uncovered.
  • 5 Season to taste then serve.
