Bring to the boil then simmer gently for 20 minutes uncovered.
Season to taste then serve.
Fry the minced beef with the onion in a non-stick sauté pan, until it begins to brown for 5-8 minutes.
Add the Coriander Leaf, Paprika, Garlic, Chilli, Cumin, Coriander Ground and Cinnamon and stir thoroughly.
Add the chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, red wine, tomato purée, stock cube and water.
