These simple grilled cheeseburgers oozing with Cheddar make a tasty meal any night of the week.
1. Pre-heat the barbecue.
2. Cut the cheese into four 2.5cm squares, about 1cm thick. Divide the beef mince into 4 portions. Roll each portion into a ball and press a piece of cheese in the centre of the ball. Pinch the beef mince to enclose the cheese and shape the balls into a 2.5 cm thick patty. Season the burgers all over with Classic BBQ Seasoning.
3. Grill the burgers for 6-8 minutes per side or until meat is cooked through and no longer pink. Meanwhile, grill the buns for 1-1½ minutes or until lightly toasted.
4. Assemble the burgers in buns with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, mustard and ketchup.
For a loaded cheeseburger add bacon, avocado and mayo.
