Made with 2 shop-bought patties, this double burger is topped with a quick homemade secret sauce for an indulgent burger that’s easy to prepare.
1. Pre-heat the barbecue.
2. For the secret sauce, stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup and pickle juice. Cover and refrigerate, then set aside.
3. Season the burgers all over with the All-American Burger Seasoning.
4. Grill the burgers according to the package directions. Grill the buns, split side down for 1-1½ minutes or until lightly toasted.
5. Place one grilled burger patty on a toasted bottom bun. Top with pickles, onions and a spoonful of the secret sauce. Top with another patty, more secret sauce and shredded lettuce. Cap with the top bun.
Add cheese slices to each patty in the last minute of grilling for double cheeseburger.
