This quick chilli stew is the perfect no-hassle winter warmer. You don’t need bags of ingredients for this chilli stew either – minced beef, onions, potatoes, beans and a tin of chopped tomatoes alongside our expertly blended Chilli Con Carne Hot seasoning provides all the flavour you need. Made up of earthy cumin, smoky paprika, fiery chillies and cocoa powder, our authentic seasoning adds a wonderful depth to the sauce. Serve with a bowl of steaming rice seasoned with peppery parsley, and a big spoonful of cooling sour cream.
Dry fry the beef and onions in a large non-stick frying pan for five minutes or until the meat has browned.
Add the sachet contents, potatoes, mixed beans and tomatoes. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve with plenty of rice and garnished with a sprinkling of Parsley.
